Meet Donkey, a lovely 16hh 3-year-old Thoroughbred gelding looking for his special person to be his number one.
Donkey is intentionally unbacked; the deliberate plan was never to rush him, allowing him to simply be a youngster and properly mature while he is still currently growing. He comes from a deeply loved home where he has had the absolute best upbringing, reared on a quality diet including balancer and amino acids to support his development.
True to his name, he is generally very well-mannered, sweet-natured, and a total character (he is obsessed with playing with a football!). Being 3, he does have his occasional playful moments, but he is a complete blank canvas ready for someone to bring on their own way.
By Land Force out of Spiritually, he has a bright future ahead and is fully RoR eligible.
He is an absolute dream for the farrier, passported, and completely up to date with vaccinations and dental checks.
He does carry some cosmetic marks from a previous herd bully. These are healing, the hair is growing back nicely (though the very tip of one ear missed out on the memo!), and they are purely superficial.
His complete wardrobe of rugs is included.
The only reason for sale is a change in personal circumstances meaning I no longer have the time he deserves; I want him to go somewhere he can be an individual priority and reach his full potential. Homes will be strictly vetted.
